The Truth of Violence

Was it? even all human beings agree to share the world with all of its contents, for average. It would never enough for them to make peace. To live alongside each other, giving-receiving, to help, love and take care of each other. Like a thought of the Prophets?.

Maybe it would be last forever, people were all fighting and demanding. Raced each other  achieving thing  in their mind called “suitable and as it should be”

Too bad, humans are not aware that they, each other,  were showing off an amulets. A substance, in their Understanding and logic referred as “truth.” And there, the true values turned out to be just what is needed, desirable, necessary and therefore becomes something believed. A  superficial  truth.

For that kind of truth, anything could picked or put  to make it reasonable and make sense to use  as proper guidance. A  truth that often becomes a brief reference to ”authority”. The power  that become a springs for  “Superior-Wealthy-Strong” status. However, this authority also determines what is good and what is bad, then determine what kind of truth, and what is not. And both simultaneously generating each other , power incarnates as truth, truth is power.

Awared or not, human can never stop referencing similar patterns applied by Xerxes or Pharaoh. Those who in their lust for power  placed themselves as gods. Using forced way, lift themselves higher than the other.

it is Weird, when all agreed that power should be started from the truth. But the truth that could be the beginning, always comes from human modification. And in those truth modificating process, human beings intersect each other, clashing, blaming, become aggressive, competitive, callous and ruthless.

And finally we’ve never really been in a state of peace. Continue to fight and fight.

Till the end of each battle round, there’s  always be a loser and winners. There are some prevail victory and losers. There is a great and noble, also those who stranded and humiliated. Then victory will bumming a serial of passion that will fade humanity values. Left the defeat a revenge and retaliation.

All of this shook  the optimism, describing the prediction as almost final formulation, that human history is the history of oppression. Where violence and abuse are sequencing , and the splash of resistance revenge will always be walking after. And it becomes a rotation, an endless connected chain, at the long journey of human civilization.

Its true, people don’t have enough resources and efforts as they modify the contents of the truths using various mind  according to priority of what they need, like, and believe in the present context. Then, there will always be the axes, poles, big-small, majority-minority, black and white, east-west, as well as right and wrong ,accusing each other.

And there, where a violence become tendencies. At the perpetuate oppression and revenge, human marched in their chosen line, showing off amulets each other, each of which mention as truth. No one knows for how long.

Once Mahatma Gandhi said that the roots of violence are prosperity without work, Pleasure without conscience, Knowledge without character, Commerce without morality, science without humanity, Worship without sacrifice, and Politics without principle.

However, undenying it, we can observe deeply, that the violence was rooted on and in humankind. Neatly stored in a grided iron of hypocrisy to admit it, locked at the inability to repair it. Violence is eternal in the human to humans vengeance and persecution. Throughout civilization, till now.

But we are still here, where the end of it all was not yet arrived. We are still at an opportunity where we could improve all. We’re never wish for  ”Bellum omnium contra omnes”, the war of all against all, no more ally, no more comrades, no more colleague.

Now we are still able to think carefully. Before what we call “the truth”, becomes myth and fairy tales.
